Pathfinder, Inc. seeks a dedicated staff member to provide instructional training for residents, helping them acquire daily living and survival skills for independent living. You will collect data, monitor programs and supervise residents during day-to-day tasks in a residential setting.
Two scheduled shifts are available: Saturday & Sunday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Must pass background checks and drug screens; CNA or Medical Assistant certification can qualify for a

POSITION 1: SATURDAY & SUNDAY, 3:00PM-11:00PM
POSITION 2: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 3:00PM-11:00PM
High School diploma or GED;
One (1) Year of relevant, supervised work experience with public health, human services or other community service agency; OR Two (2) years' verifiable successful experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
CNA Certification or Medical Assistant certification will qualify for a special entry rate.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS APPLICABLE BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG SCREEN. ANY OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG SCREEN.
Salary: $12.66 - $13.16 per hour
