Job summary

KenCrest is seeking Outcomes Specialists to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This full-time role covers Montgomery County, PA, with standard business hours.

You will advocate for individuals’ rights, ensure involvement and choice in life decisions, oversee service coordination, and help promote health, wellness, and happiness for those we serve. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Experience in case management is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Clear criminal record and background checks in accordance with state requirements.

KenCrest is seeking Outcomes Specialists to support our individuals with intellectual and development disabilities (I/DD).

As an Outcome Specialist, you are entrusted with ensuring involvement and choice of the individuals you serve as it pertains to their life decisions, advocating for their rights, overseeing the coordination of services, and offering other supports as needed to promote health, wellness, and happiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Experience working in case management (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
