Job summary

Powys County Council in North Powys is hiring a Supported Employment Quality Framework Specialist to deliver personalised support through the Connect to Work Mid Wales programme. You will help people with disabilities, neurodivergence and health conditions identify strengths and secure meaningful paid employment.

Working with participants, employers and partner services, you will provide job coaching, support workplace adjustments and carry out rapid job searches.

  • Resilience, flexibility and the ability to work independently across rural North Powys.
