The position emphasizes managing a team, defining detailed work packages, and ensuring cost/schedule performance while collaborating across multiple sites. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field from an accredited university AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering, OR a Master’s degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
• Understanding of the Logistics Support Analysis technical discipline and familiarity of its responsibilities.
• Must be willing and able travel to various site locations to participate and represent the Product Support IPT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lifecycle Engineering Section covering Reliability, Maintainability & Testability, Modeling & Simulation, and related product support disciplines.
• Manage customer requirements and expectations with DoD lifecycle considerations.
• Define and schedule detailed work packages and manage cost and schedule performance.
• Provide both functional and program management oversight to ensure proper people, processes, and tools are in place to meet program objectives.
