Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist young adults with complex needs in home and community settings in the UK. You will build trusting relationships, support daily living tasks, and contribute to meaningful activities and community participation.

We value resilience, empathy, and teamwork, with paid training and opportunities to gain recognised qualifications. A full UK driving licence is required to fulfil this role, with shifts including earlies, lates, sleep-ins

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in activities and days out as wished by individuals.
• Help individuals become more independent wherever possible.
