Job summary

Stryker is seeking a skilled machinist responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC or manual machines to ensure parts meet strict specifications. You will read blueprints, perform quality checks, and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on machining experience (CNC or manual) in a production setting.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends, overtime, and holidays as required by production needs.

Schedule: Fri & Sat, 5:00am – 7:30pm

Sundays, 5:00am – 5:30pm

What you need:

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience actively working on machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on machining experience (CNC or manual) in a production setting.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends, overtime, and holidays as required by production needs.

Preferred:

• Machinist Certification from an accredited technological or vocational school.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, aerospace, automotive, etc.).
• Familiarity with basic GD&T concepts.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly (occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. as required with assistance).
• Ability to perform prolonged standing and physical movements including bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Requires repetitive hand use, manual dexterity, and hand–eye coordination.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing machinery.
• Work environment may include loud noise and requires use of PPE in designated areas.

$26.60/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
