Job Description
Description
- Fulfill daily device and peripheral orders received from ServiceNow application.
- Receive, quality check, and account for all received device shipments.
- Maintain daily inventory of all deployed and incoming devices and peripherals.
- Data wipe, reimage, disinfect and clean all returned devices and peripherals (Windows, Chrome OS, macOS, iPadOS).
- Enroll all devices into applicable database for tracking.
- Reset and configure devices for students and teachers.
- Assess and repair district devices and properly dispose of all non-repairable district devices.
- Process device warranty repairs.
- Organize and maintain inventory of district technology parts room.
- Perform and manage all onsite district device deployment.
Qualifications
- Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. equivalency), plus one year of technical experience.
- A+ and ITIL V3 Certification preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications and Google sheets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Mac OS, IOS, Chrome OS, Google Applications for Education.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving operating system and software issues, and technology hardware failures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of audio visual devices preferred.
