Auburnymca is seeking an Early Learning Center Classroom Assistant to support teachers and maintain a safe environment for children. This role involves assisting with classroom activities, greeting families, and performing administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and experience working with children. The position requires a background check and adherence to safety protocols. Working hours are from 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with additional hours for training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Must have a satisfactory background check per NY State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy classroom.
• Assist Classroom Teachers with activities.
• Support the Management team with administrative duties.
