Phoenix Ranch, part of Endeavor Schools, is hiring a Support Childcare Teacher in Simi Valley, CA. You will help lead innovative learning activities, ensure safety, monitor progress, and foster a harmonious classroom atmosphere.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 hourly, with education incentives and career development programs. Endeavor Schools provides competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within 100+ schools nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
• Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
• 12 Child Development Units-Preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
