As a Support Teacher at Primrose School of St. Charles at Heritage, you’ll help to create a fun, safe environment for little ones as they explore and learn through purposeful play that nurtures their social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development. We have both a full and a part-time option. Full-time would be 10am-6pm Monday through Friday. For the part-time opportunity, hours can be flexible to meet the needs of your schedule and ours. Part-time candidates must be available until 6pm at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Make a difference every day by building genuine relationships with each child.
2. Help children explore the world, improve their motor skills, and grow their vocabulary.
3. Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
4. Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.
5. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
