Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Assistant to support our Little Miracles program in Livermore.

The role focuses on creating a fun, educational environment for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language disorders, working as a team with staff. Hours are Monday through Friday, with approximately 20–22 hours per week, and CPR certification is required along with at least 1 year of experience with children aged 0–5.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum working with children ages 0-5 years old.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 6 ECE units preferred or in progress.
• Comfortable with diaper changing and assisting staff with cleanup.

Ascend's Little Miracle Program seeks a Full-Time Preschool Assistant to support our 'Little Miracles' Community Program in Livermored for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language and communication disorders. We seek a dedicated and passionate Full-time Aide who can work as a team to help create a fun environment and incorporate educational activities that assist our children's development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

• A minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units are preferred but can also be enrolled or is after starting enrolled
• Must be comfortable with diaper changing and assisting staff in cleaning up for the kiddos
