Job summary

Building Blocks Learning Center is seeking a Support Staff member to join our growing team of educators. You will be responsible for the safety, wellbeing, supervision, and comfort of every student in your care, helping create a nurturing learning environment.

The role supports daily schedules and lessons aligned with our curriculum, while building positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community. Some flexibility with hours is required.

Qualifications

• CDA/Associates Degree preferred.
• Two years of related childcare experience.
• Flexible scheduling Monday - Friday between 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to obtain State Police, FBI and Child Abuse clearances.
• Ability to obtain a Health Assessment with TB.
