Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Support Staff CSS to help individuals with developmental and physical disabilities live safely and independently in the community.

You will assist with daily living tasks, support medical needs, and follow individualized plans while promoting social engagement and independence within a collaborative team. Paid training is provided, and prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License required.
• Personal insured vehicle required.
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.

As a Support Staff CSS, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, who live in the community. You’ll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines
• Supporting medical needs and appointments

• Encouraging community involvement and social engagement
• Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team

Requirements:

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

Pay

• $19.82 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement for work-related travel
