This is a fully remote position available for applicants residing in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Remote Support Specialist to assist our National Distributor Management Team. Your role will involve managing distributor processes, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting client profitability. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the completion and submission of distributor promotional forms.
• Process product price and specification updates within distributor systems.
• Maintain a detailed calendar of distributor processes and deadlines.
• Support the department with distributor policies, purchase order revisions, and trade deduction resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with client representatives to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
• Master distributor web portals, analyzing inventory, item, and sales data to improve client profitability.
• Participate in inter-departmental projects to achieve KPIs set by clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• At least 2 years of office administrative experience (preferred).
• Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset and ability to find information independently.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.

Tools and Software Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Experience with Grocers Supply, KeHE, or UNFI is a plus.
