Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Support Specialist, Integration to help customers with R365 non-POS integrations, payroll, bank connections, and vendor invoice handling. You’ll engage via tickets, chats, and calls to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.

You’ll identify issues, document defects, mentor new teammates, and explore AI-assisted automation to improve workflows. A bachelor’s in business/finance preferred and strong Excel/communication skills will help you succeed in a hybrid, on-site

The Support Specialist, Integration is responsible for helping R365 customers with all R365 software (non-POS) integrations functions, including payroll, direct bank connection, and vendor invoice upload, keyed entry, and payment. They manage pertinent customer communications through tickets, live chats, and phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Prompt customers for information necessary to troubleshoot problem reports

• Identify solutions to problem reports and deliver them to customers

• Help customers understand R365 Non-POS integrations functions

• Route non-integrations customer issues to appropriate teams and team members

• Diagnose and document software defects and elevate them to Integrations Support Manager or Lead

• Participate in live chats

• Manage personal queue of customer tickets

• Identify gaps in company self-help documentation

• Train and mentor new team members at the request of Support management

• Assist Manager, Integration Support in rolling out and supporting new non-POS integrations

• Find opportunities to automate and improve how work gets done across your role with approved AI and other tools, choosing the right tool for each task, refining your prompts, and reviewing outputs for quality and time saved.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business and / or finance and / or accounting preferred

• Restaurant Industry Experience

• Strong understanding of general business principles

• Previous experience in a Support Role

• This position has a salary range of $24.04 - $33.65 hourly range.
• The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. This role is hybrid, balancing flexibility with the value of in-person collaboration. To support connection, partnership, and team effectiveness, employees are expected to work onsite each Tuesday and Wednesday.

$24.04 - $33.65 an hour
