Job summary

Delta-T Group's client in downtown Pittsburgh, PA, seeks several Support Specialists for Young Adults to help youth transition from foster care or unstable housing. You will build rapport, assess needs, and support participants to engage in programs.

Position offers hourly pay up to $20 with a Monday–Friday 10am–7pm schedule. Some transportation assistance may be required, and candidates must have a HS diploma/GED, 1+ year youth experience, and clearances.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth.
• Act 33/34 & FBI clearances required.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.

• Provide support to young adults transitioning out of the foster care system or who are experiencing unstable housing.

• Encourage program participation. May require supporting youth by transporting them to appointments and activities as needed.

CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• Up to $20/hr. compensation, depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• Monday-Friday 10a-7p. May need occasional flexibility with schedule.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• High School diploma/GED
• At least one year of experience working with youth.
• Act 33/34 & FBI clearances
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
