Replit in Foster City, CA is seeking a Support Specialist to help developers with billing, account management, and product questions. You will work on a small global team of support specialists and engineers, using Zendesk, Stripe, and other tools to resolve issues and gather feedback.

The role requires 4+ years in customer support, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer support experience.
• Experience with Zendesk, Stripe, Orb, and ticketing workflows.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong time management and triage skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers via support tickets to resolve account, billing, and product issues.
• Collaborate with the Support team to share user insights.
• Contribute to and maintain the Support Knowledge Base.
• Own escalated customer interactions and drive resolution across stakeholders.
• Help shape support processes as the team grows.
