About the Role

VitalBeing is seeking a Support Specialist to serve as a critical link between our technology platform and the teams and clients who depend on it. In this role, you will manage, support, and continuously improve business systems, ensuring seamless operations across CRM, billing, and downstream integrations. You will leverage your expertise in analytics, process improvement, and system support to deliver measurable impact, while mentoring cross-functional teams and driving adoption of best practices. This is an opportunity to apply deep production support experience in a mission-driven organization at the intersection of AI and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support business-critical systems including CRM, billing platforms, and order management workflows to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven improvements
• Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using API-driven approaches, ensuring data consistency and operational efficiency
• Design and deliver actionable reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and enterprise reporting software to support strategic decision-making
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve production support issues using ServiceNow and related incident management platforms, maintaining high service-level standards
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to translate complex business problems into clear requirements and scalable solutions
• Mentor and guide cross-functional team members on system best practices, support workflows, and analytics methodologies
• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance support operations and client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in production support, business systems analysis, or technology operations roles
• Strong background in Telecom Billing, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, or Salesforce Order Management
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, software support methodologies, and system integration practices
• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and enterprise reporting software
• Demonstrated ability to manage API-driven integrations across CRM, billing, and downstream systems
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights and data-driven strategies
• Experience in telecom, public sector, healthcare, or enterprise client environments preferred
