About the Role

VitalBeing is looking for a Principal Scientific Advisor & Corporate Trainer to serve as a strategic bridge between scientific research and practical application across the organization. In this dual role, you will provide expert scientific counsel on our AI-driven healthcare products, ensure our solutions are grounded in rigorous evidence-based methodologies, and design comprehensive training programs that elevate the capabilities of internal teams, partners, and enterprise clients. You will work closely with the executive team, product leaders, and external stakeholders to advance our mission of intelligent well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic scientific advisory on clinical intelligence, mental health, and biotechnology product development to ensure alignment with current research and regulatory standards
• Design, develop, and deliver corporate training programs on healthcare AI, data literacy, and well-being technologies for internal teams and enterprise clients
• Evaluate and synthesize emerging research in AI, neuroscience, behavioral health, and biotechnology to inform product strategy and organizational direction
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable product requirements and user-facing features
• Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry thought leaders to keep VitalBeing at the forefront of innovation
• Develop standardized curricula, certification pathways, and learning frameworks for partner organizations adopting VitalBeing's platform
• Advise on ethical considerations, responsible AI practices, and compliance with healthcare regulations across all product lines
• Represent VitalBeing at industry conferences, publish thought leadership content, and contribute to the company's public-facing scientific credibility

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (neuroscience, biomedical engineering, computational biology, psychology, or related field)
• Extensive experience in a scientific advisory or principal scientist role within healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries
• Proven track record in designing and delivering corporate training, executive education, or professional development programs
• Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in healthcare and familiarity with clinical data, regulatory frameworks, and evidence-based practices
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment
• Published research or recognized thought leadership in healthcare technology, AI ethics, or related domains preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across advisory and training responsibilities simultaneously
