The Griffin Judicial Circuit is seeking to hire a Part-time Support Services Worker (Receptionist). This Circuit serves Upson County. This is a part-time hourly position that requires basic office skills including, but not limited to, answering telephone calls, taking messages, data entry, filing, scanning, and emailing documents, and processing inmate applications for counsel. May serve as the initial point of contact in the circuit.
Performs a variety of general secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions/processes or a few specialized or essential clerical functions in support of a unit or office and related personnel. May enter data and/or process documents and records. The work includes operating standard office equipment. Work is performed under the close supervision of an administrative supervisor. Performs other related duties as assigned.
