Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Previous experience as a housekeeping/laundry manager in a health care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct purchasing, receiving, and disbursing supplies and equipment.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are replenished per policy.
• Code invoices to allocate supply costs correctly.
• Set minimum/maximum stock levels and EOQ with the Director of Supply Chain.
• Supervise Housekeeping, Laundry, Floor Care, and Supplies staff to meet standards.
• Administer policies for employees, residents, and families.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and annual reviews of staff.
• Identify unsafe practices and implement corrective actions.
