C&W Services in Eddyville, IA is seeking a Support Services Supervisor to lead maintenance and cleaning operations in a cutting-edge facility.

The role requires at least 5 years of industrial experience, strong facilitation and computer skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Salary is up to $87,360 per year, DOE, with a Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm schedule and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 5 years in an industrial setting.
• Strong facilitation and computer skills; interpersonal abilities; capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the work of team members and recommend improvements.
• Engage with employees to review processes for efficiency.
• Meet with customers to discuss issues and resolutions.
• Complete inspections and maintain Master Cleaning Schedules electronically.
• Prioritize, schedule and plan sanitation tasks.
• Communicate schedules to teams and ensure coverage.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and assist with goal setting.
• Handle disciplinary actions and maintain documentation.
