Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the work of those under and make recommendations on ways to improve.
• Evaluate processes and visit with employees on ways to improve processes.
• Visit with customers regarding issues in the areas under this Supervisor and how issues can be resolved.
• Complete inspections and Master Cleaning Schedules electronically.
• Prioritize, schedule, and plan sanitation work.
• Communicate schedules to the teams.
• Meet with customers on regular intervals to assess needs and performance.
• Ensure safety of employees and company/customer property in the field.
• Assist with interviews for potential employees; make hiring recommendations to HR.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and set goals.
• Disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain documentation for employee issues and inform HR.
• Review and approve time-off requests and manage manpower levels.
