Support Services Supervisor - The Memorial Hospital

The Memorial Hospital is seeking a customer focused Supervisor who will engage and motivate staff to achieve the Hospital’s goals.Reporting to the ACHA Support Services Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the hospital cleaning and Portering requirements.

About the role:

• Developing and leading the team to ensure customer requirements are met
• Dealing with customer enquiries and feedback
• Providing ongoing training for new and existing staff
• Ensuring systems and procedures are implemented and monitored
• Proactively promoting and participating in hazard identification and injury reduction
• Developing a strong sense of team work through actively participating in service delivery and providing positive peer influence
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
