Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented clerical assistant to support medical records, EOBs, UB92s and itemized statements. You will work in a fast-paced office handling document processing, data entry and correspondence with internal teams.

The role requires strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, good communication and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. High school diploma and 0–3 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of business office or related experience.
• Vaccination confirmation may be required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for medical records, EOBs, UB92s, and statements.

Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing clerical support services in addition to providing, medical records, EOB’s, UB92’s and itemized statements to external and internal entities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Processes requests for medical records, EOB’s, Ub92’s, and itemized statements to designated business unit contact.
• Performs various clerical duties such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying and scanning and indexing documents. Mail printing, tracking and distribution.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
