Job summary

AAA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an associate to coordinate vehicle transportation, handle clerical record keeping, and support the shop with orders and invoicing. A strong focus on service and organization will help ensure smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certification.
• Two years’ experience in retail/sales/service industry.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and/or administer transportation of customers during the repair of their vehicles via rideshare, rental or company vehicle.
• Perform clerical duties to support accurate record keeping and secure storage of documents.
• Receive parts and process returns.
• Create, modify and finalize repair orders in the shop management system.
• Answer phones when necessary.
• Assist with invoicing and processing payments when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
