Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join Aspen Center in Waukesha County on the 2nd shift. This role provides daily support and supervision to residents in a residential substance use treatment setting, helping individuals work toward recovery goals.

Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift)

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center in Waukesha County. Aspen Center provides residential substance use treatment for men in a supportive, recovery-focused environment, helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed for lasting recovery.

As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll provide daily support, encouragement, and supervision while helping residents work toward their treatment goals. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication support, documentation, transportation, crisis response, facilitating groups, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where recovery can thrive.
