Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks an Adult Residential Support Professional for Aspen Center in Waukesha County. The role supports ARJ residents with care, daily living, and treatment goals in a community-based setting.

Part-time, 3rd shift with every-other-weekend schedule. Requires a high school diploma; DHS training and valid driver’s license preferred. Join a team focused on recovery, safety, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in similar services preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents under supervision and be a positive role model.
• Document resident behaviors and maintain records and reports.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and life skills.
• Administer medications per program policies.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Lead educational group activities within guidelines.
