Qualifications

• 1+ years of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with support leaders to translate business questions into data problems and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources for analysis and visualization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau/Looker, identifying trends and anomalies.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of support operations to answer questions not covered by existing dashboards.
• Use AI to accelerate insight generation while validating outputs for accuracy.
• Develop reproducible analytical workflows and document code in GitHub for team use.
• Monitor data quality across sources and collaborate with data engineering to resolve issues.
