Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in research/data analysis roles
• Highly analytical, focused and self‑motivated individual with a passion for turning data sources into actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake SQL
• Strong experience with Tableau, including deploying and maintaining large dashboards
• Expertise in Python
• Experience working with big data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Hive, etc.)
• Ability to communicate broadly across the organization and cross‑functional teams, promote collaboration and exchange of ideas

Role Purpose

• Using service analysis data for Mac and audio products
• Analyze production data as it relates to field quality
• Development of machine learning models for use in hardware analysis
