Job summary

Boulder Connect in Wisconsin is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to inspire staff and deliver person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a dedicated setting. You will develop personalized care plans, ensure compliance, and support independence through flexible working and on-call duties.

The role requires leading teams, maintaining high standards, and applying Positive Behaviour Support.

Qualifications

  • Ability to inspire and develop teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Competence in person-centred planning and compliance standards.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts, including out-of-hours support.
  • Driver preferred but not essential.
