Job summary

Plume Health is seeking a Support Group Facilitator to cultivate safe, inclusive spaces for trans, nonbinary, and non-cis people across the United States. You will foster supportive conversation and guide discussions with sensitivity and care.

You will balance organic peer dialogue with structured sessions, create agendas around monthly themes, and help participants meet defined takeaways while upholding group agreements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a facilitator or peer support specialist, with experience supporting trans/nonbinary individuals.
• Comfort with sensitive topics like coming out, mental health, identity, and safety in group settings.
• Experience with Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets, and virtual facilitation.
