Job summary

Levanta in Washington, DC is seeking a Support Engineer who bridges Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot product, integration, and API issues. You will read code in TypeScript, work across Slack, Linear, and Pylon, and help customers overcome technical challenges.

You will document solutions, contribute to internal tooling, and advocate for the customer while collaborating with product and engineering to improve the platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read/write code in Typescript.
• Strong communication skills, able to handle multiple technical conversations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Understand Levanta's tech and guide customers through challenges.
• Escalate product bugs with clear context to engineering.
• Create and maintain technical support docs for CS and engineering.
• Identify repeat issues and propose product improvements.

We're hiring a Support Engineer to join Levanta's growing team. This role is the bridge / glue between Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve product, integration, and API-related issues. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Own:

• Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear (our ticketing software), and Pylon
• Understand the technical nuances of Levanta's technology and guide customers through their challenges
• Escalate product bugs to the engineering team with clear context
• Create and maintain technical support documentation to enable the entire CS and engineering team to serve our customers
• Identify repeat issues and propose solutions to improve the product
• Build out internal tools to solve common issues
• Utilize and implement AI workflows that will make our support process more efficient

What We're Looking For:

• ~2+ years of prior experience in the technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• ~ Ability to read / write code in Typescript
• ~ Good communication skills, able to juggle multiple technical conversations
• ~ Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.
