Job Description

Our Healthcare Platform partner is seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join their team. You will deliver exceptional 1st and 2nd level technical support to global users in the healthcare sector. Your responsibilities include resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and meeting strict service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely 1st/2nd level support to global users
• Perform log analysis, issue triage, and escalate complex incidents
• Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions
• Collaborate with technical teams on quality assurance and product testing
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed performance targets

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical/application/SaaS support
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, scripting (PowerShell), and networking knowledge (VLAN, DHCP, DNS)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog), MDM tools (e.g., Airwatch), and HL7 integration engines (e.g., Mirth) is a plus
