What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary resource for internal consultants, promoting effective use of internal tools
- Provide timely and effective support to the Services team as a subject matter expert
- Develop engaging communications, including release notes, training materials, and demonstration videos
- Create and maintain a library of help resources to enhance self-service learning and tool adoption
- Drive awareness of new tool enhancements to improve team workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong aptitude for quickly learning and applying new technologies and software
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, tooling/platform support, or system administration
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience in an Enterprise Application software company
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages
- Experience with the Veeva Vault Platform
- Background in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
- Knowledge of GxP regulations and software validation processes
