Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced F5 Support Administrator to optimize enterprise application delivery and load balancing infrastructure in Atlanta. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP environments, ensuring high availability and security across critical business apps.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement scalable delivery solutions, perform packet captures, and upgrade TMOS/F5OS software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM environments.
• Strong experience configuring Virtual Servers, Pools, Health Monitors, SSL Certificates, Profiles, and iRules.
• 3+ years of network and application delivery troubleshooting experience.
• Experience performing and analyzing packet captures.
• Understanding of load balancing concepts and enterprise security practices.

Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking an experienced F5 Support Administrator to support and optimize enterprise application delivery and load balancing infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing F5 BIG-IP environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security across critical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incident response and resolution within established service level agreements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform routine audits, cleanup, and optimization of F5 configurations.
• Execute software upgrades, patches, and hotfix implementations.
• Support web application firewall (WAF) technologies and application security policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $111000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
