Our Girls Foundation Phase at the Metro site is where that journey begins. Working with players ages 8–12, our coaches operate around a simple but powerful idea: Train to Love the Game. This is the stage where creativity is rewarded, mistakes are part of the process, and the job of every coach is to create conditions for players to fall in love with soccer. We take that responsibility seriously.

We’re looking for a Support Coach who is enthusiastic, coachable, and genuinely invested in the development of young players. You’ll work within a structured coaching unit under the direction of the Foundation Phase Leader and Lead Coaches, contributing to sessions and games while building your own coaching craft along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the FP Leader and Lead Coaches in running training sessions, and take the lead when assigned
• Assist with game coaching duties, including serving as Head Coach on game day when assigned
• Support player development by helping introduce and apply external resources
• When not in a primary leadership role during a session or game, focus your attention on individual players — offering real-time, relevant feedback and guided development at the personal level
