Our Boys Performance Phase spans Academy, Premier, and Classic competition levels for U15–U19 players. Support Coaches in this phase work within a structured coaching unit, partnering directly with a Lead Coach to deliver high-quality sessions, develop individual players, and contribute to a culture of accountability and growth.

This is a strong entry point for coaches who want to work at a competitive level, build their craft inside a clear methodology, and grow within a club that takes coach development seriously.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with your Lead Coach to develop your training and game coverage assignments
• Co‑design training sessions that fit within the club’s Game Model and methodology
• Lead training sessions and games when assigned
• Provide active, high-quality support to the Lead Coach during all training sessions and competitions
• Collaborate with the Director and Lead Coach to develop and maintain ongoing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each player
• Assist in leveraging external resources to enhance player development
