Opportunity Partners, Inc. in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Support Coach to help people with disabilities learn new skills and gain independence in classroom and community settings. You may cover other DSP duties when needed, and schedules are coordinated with Day Service management.
The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. A valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience in human services are required.

As a Support Coach you will help people with disabilities have fun, develop their skills and gain independence in classroom and community-based settings. You may be cross trained to cover other DSP responsibilities during absences. The Day Service locations you will work at can vary on a daily/weekly basis in Minnetonka. We are seeking someone who is agile, flexible and a collaborator. Scheduling will be coordinated with the Day Service management team on an ongoing basis.
