Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a fast-paced customer service, call center or sales role.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Data processing experience and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to protect privacy under HIPAA and handle confidential data.
• Ability to build positive relationships with coworkers, members and providers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide level II customer service across channels for members/providers.
• Resolve issues, document calls, and pursue first-call resolution.
• Support Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace lines across multiple states.
• Escalate as needed and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits, claims, eligibility and provider portal inquiries.
• Adhere to schedules, attendances, and overtime requirements as needed.
