Job summary

Superior Beverage Group is seeking a full-time CDL-A delivery driver to service Northeastern and Central Ohio. You will use company equipment to deliver beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts, following assigned routes and completing driver logs and inspections.

You must be able to read maps, perform daily pre/post-trip inspections, and work in all weather conditions. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a strong customer-service focus and regular on-time

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A license.
• Ability to maneuver up to 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery route as sequenced within time constraints.
• Rotate products in retail accounts.
• Accurately collect payment for delivered product.
• Complete required paperwork during driver check-in at route end.

Superior Beverage Group is a family owned and operated company that has been around since 1922. Our Support CDL A Delivery Drivers provide countless smiles across all Northeastern and Central Ohio. They utilize company vehicles to deliver cases of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts based on established assigned routes. Our drivers must be able to read and understand a map, complete daily driver logs as well as pre and post-trip truck inspections. This position requires you to work in all weather extremes including hot or cold, wet or dry conditions. This is a fast-paced, physical environment that provides our customers with all their beer and wine needs.

• Monday - Friday: 5AM to Delivery Finish

Typical Duties

• Complete delivery route as sequenced within time constraints.
• Rotate company products in retail accounts.
• Accurately calculate the amount due and collect payment for product delivered at each account.
• Correctly complete all required paperwork during the driver check-in process at the completion of the daily route.

Qualifications

• Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases at each delivery location
• Solid Math Skills.
• Complete pre and post-trip inspections and driver logs.
• Ability to operate company trucks, forklifts, and equipment dolly.
• Capable to perform duties in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Valid CDL A License.
