Shift Supervisor Unit Services

• Shift Supervisor Unit Services) Managerial-level position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit.
• Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks and evaluating employee performance.
• Also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures.
• Supervises professional staff and supervisors.

What you'll need to be Successful

• Great communication skills, organization skills, ability to multi task, works well with others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• May require some college credit by hiring agency and/or a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
