Position: Support Care Professional III
Third-level Support Care position accountable for taking vital signs, assisting with care plan activities, observing and reporting patient conditions and behaviors, and participating in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers. May mentor or direct the work of lower-level employees. Communicates with doctors, patients, and families, and educates patients on care. May provide transport to offsite appointments and application of restraints when necessary.
Requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency 2-3 years of experience May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
