POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence

  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter all receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Process visual materials, props, and signage; properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc., as directed.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and solicit feedback.

Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities may vary across brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, associates, and management using headsets.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. for 1-33% of the shift.
  • Frequent climbing for 34-66% of the shift.
