Position Objective: The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and believe our team is the best place to learn, grow, and succeed.

Functional Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and accessible for replenishment.
  • Reorganize merchandise to optimize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised promptly and accurately.
  • Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers and locate requests accurately and on time.
  • Receive and process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware.
  • Assist with pricing changes, markdowns, and alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Support visual directives such as floorsets, window displays, signage, and visual presentations.
  • Participate in boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly and meet strict timelines.
  • Demonstrate teamwork.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication via headset with customers, associates, and management.
  • Regular attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
