POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing various sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Accurately enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests promptly.
  • Receive and process visual packet materials, props, and signage; properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert store management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

  • Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Must be able to work mostly standing during shifts.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is desired.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; use of headset required.
  • Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
