Position Overview

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture through merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We foster a team environment that values learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensure proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment.
• Merchandise new products promptly and accurately.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and manage store transfers.
• Handle visual merchandising materials and participate in pricing and markdown activities.
• Assist with visual displays, signage, and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to learn company technology and work standing for most of the shift.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Standing/walking for 67-100% of shift.
