POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing various sales functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment.
  • Reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers accurately and timely.
  • Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware properly.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual displays, including floorsets, window changes, signage, etc., as directed.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Other duties as assigned. This role may vary across brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; headset use required.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
