Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales environment, emphasizing core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams make us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment.
• Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure timely merchandising of new products.
• Enter receiving documents accurately, reconcile invoices, and handle store transfers and locate requests.
• Manage visual materials, signage, and stockroom hardware.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage.
• Contribute to boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork demonstrated ability.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
