KnitWell Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Support Associate to work both back-of-house and on the sales floor. You will manage shipments, move products from the stockroom, and ensure everything is where it needs to be, while upholding brand standards and delivering a welcoming customer experience.

This role emphasizes inventory accuracy, merchandising, price changes, and collaboration with store leaders. You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn new processes to help our team

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Ensure stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and update prices as needed.
• Support visual directives, floor sets, and signage placements for brand standards.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
